Consequence:
LACK OF RESTRAINTS COULD CONTRIBUTE TO OTHERWISE PREVENTABLE INJURY AND WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 209 AND 210.
Remedy:
INSTALL SAFETY BELTS FOR REAR FACING SEATS.
