LIGHT TRUCKS. POSSIBILITY THAT VEHICLES WERE ASSEMBLED WITH SEAT BELTATTACHING BOLTS WHICH WERE IMPROPERLY PROCESSED DURING HEAT TREATING ANDPLATING OPERATIONS. THIS CONDITION COULD MAKE BOLTS SUSCEPTIBLE TO HYDROGENEMBRITTLEMENT FRACTURING AFTER INSTALLATION. (CORRECT BY INSPECTING ANDREPLACING BOLTS WITH KNOWN QUALITY STOCK).
