ALLEGED THAT THE LOWER OF THE TWO BOLTS ATTACHING THE CALIPER ANCHOR BRACKET TO THE FRONT WHEEL HUB AND SPINDLE ASSEMBLY (CALIPER MOUNTING BOLTS) ON THE DRIVER SIDE FELL OFF WHILE HE WAS DRIVING AND THAT THE UPPER BOLT SUBSEQUENTLY BECAME LOOSE.
